Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport New (SSNN) Code 413 Procurement intends to award a Brand Name contract to JTF Business Systems Corporation to provide four (4) Brand Name Promethean ActivPanel Nickel 75” Interactive Flat Panel and Manual Height Adjustable Mobile Stand for CVN 74.  The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 19.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430, and the Size Standard is 500. 

This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers.  However, all information received within 5 days after publication date of this synopsis, will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.  Responses must provide clean and concise documentation indicating a vendor’s bona fide capability to provide this brand name product.  Request must include company name, address, telephone number of the requestor, e-mail address, Cage Code, and business size.
