Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 10 Elevation waveguide rotary joint to the RF Pallet for the NEXRAD WSR-88D weather radar program to include First Article Testing. Part number BS-2000-150-003D ROC ASN: R400-2WG10-FSP.
The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price factors, see 1352.213-70 Evaluation Using Sap in the solicitation.
