Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide manufacturing sustainment and engineering support for DMEA’s Advanced Reconfigurable Manufacturing for Semiconductors (ARMS) and Integrated Circuits Manufacturing Support Labs (ICM-SL) laboratories. The limitations of this requirement and any task orders is subject to the laboratories and ARMS Foundry only. The rest of the DMEA campus, non-lab and non-foundry spaces, is outside of the scope of this requirement.
The ARMS Foundry utilizes advanced semiconductor solutions to resolve obsolescence issues, add capability, improve performance, improve reliability, improve maintainability, and improve availability of microelectronics-based weapons systems. The task order(s) will provide operations and engineering support for the ARMS Foundry and ICM-SL through resources, equipment and operations activities. Additionally, task(s) may provide recommendations that enhance and/or support ARMS and ICM-SL activities for the processes that are installed, are being installed, and/or planned to be installed.
The Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will have a 5 year total ordering period with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders. The total amount of all orders shall not exceed $96.9 Million. The minimum order guarantee for this IDIQ is $1 Million.
Task Order 1 (TO1) will be for a base year plus four (4) option years.
