Description
on a sole source basis to GoTenna. GoTenna will provide engineering support for Next Generation Routing
Protocol. This notice of intent to sole source is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The order will
awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A determination by the
Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the
Government. Authority for other than full and open competition is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2394 (c)(1)
and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency
requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The POC for
