D--NUTANIX TAM AND RESIDENT ENGINEER

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source Purchase Order (PO) under NAICS code 541519. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award to Sanity Solutions, Inc. 1720 S. Bellaire Street, Suite 550, Denver, CO 80222.
Reclamation has a requirement for the acquisition of services of a Nutanix (Technical Account Management) TAM and Resident Engineer to configure High Availability (HA) Reclamation. The vendor shall provide professional consulting services for Nutanix Resident as part of Operation and configuration. This acquisition is for a single award contract. The Period of performance allotted for this requirement is for 12 months. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement.
The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Melissa Miles (Corum) at mmiles@usbr.gov by 1:00 PM MD, March 14, 2022, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
