This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested an da written solicitation will not be issued.    The requirement is sole sourced to The Boeing Company (OEM) Cage Code 0PVX4 who has the necessary repair data and capabilities.  Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and the BCOI SPRPA1-14-D-002U.




 The requirement is utilizing Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) SPRPA1-14-D-002U as the contracting vehicle to acquire repair services for the KC-46 DLRs.  Therefore, the terms and conditions identified in the BCOI comprise the basis of possible terms and conditions for these subsumable repair contracts.




The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS).  The following additional provisions are applicable:  52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 52.23202 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 52-212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 52.212-4 Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or executive Orders-Commercial Productions and Commercial Services.
