Description
This posting constitutes the issuance of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Forward Operating Location Base Operation Support (FOL BOS) requirement in Curacao. Contractors are encouraged to submit input and questions in response to this Draft RFP; however, the Government may not formally adjudicate input prior to the issuance of the formal RFP. The formal RFP is expected to be issued the week of 12 May 2022. Formal questions will be due on 31 May 2022. All input and questions shall be submitted to the points of contact cited in the attached Draft Section L.
Additionally, the Government will host a formal site visit at the FOL in Curacao on 24 May 2022, this date is now firm. The attached Draft Section L provides the needed information from each vendor in order to attend the event. For each individual attendee a completed CAP application is required -- see attached DRAFT FOL-BOS Bidders Visit Itinerary - 24 May 22 for more information. The Government is not responsible for expenses incurred by Offerors to participate in the Pre-Proposal Site Visit. Overall, this post includes draft RFP sections:

United States Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH), the designated air component of US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), provides base operations support (BOS) at forward operating location (FOL) Curacao in support of USSOUTHCOM, Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. State Department, and inter-agency counterdrug surveillance missions in the USSOUTHCOM area of operations. The Contractor is to provide BOS at this FOL in support of aerial counterdrug surveillance operations, mission planning, and execution. Support is provided to permanently assigned personnel, equipment, and facilities as well as to deployed aircraft, personnel and equipment.
