Description

Advertisement Description    The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 11,999 contiguous net usable square feet of Clinical Space in Gainesville, Florida supporting the parent facility of North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVHS). This space shall have a minimum of 96 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.   However, if not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than February 2023.    Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:  NORTH: County Road 222 SOUTH: SW 70th Lane EAST: SE 43rd Street WEST: Tower Road also Known as SW 75th St.   A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit site-specific information concerning their properties to Sibyl Graham by e-mail only no later than 3:00 PM on February 18, 2022 at the following:     Department of Veterans Affairs   Network Contracting Office 8   Attention: Sibyl Graham, Lease Contracting Officer   E-mail: Sibyl.Graham@va.gov     Expressions of interest must contain the following information:    Building name and/or address and location of the available space within the building  Number of spaces to be offered and expected rental rate per NUSF, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.  Date of space availability  Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable  Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building  List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).    The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
