COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’:
Cubicle Office Furniture


**This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award**


i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


ii. Solicitation FA487722QA230 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).


iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 effective 05/01/2022, Defense Procurement Notice 03/18/2022, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726.


iv. This is a total-small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337214 and the size standards in number of employees is 1,000.


v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:
CLIN 0001: 14 EA Powered Cubical Work Stations
CLIN 0002: Installation Services


**Delivery shall be FOB Destination and Include pricing for hookup of electrical whips**


vi. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.


vii. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.

ix. A site visit will be conducted on 13 May 2022 at 2:00 pm Arizona Local Time
a. Attendees must complete the attached EAL for base access
b. Complete and return the EAL by 6 May 2022, 2:00 pm
c. Vendors that do not return a completed EAL, will not be granted access.


*Please complete columns A-F of the EAL spreadsheet ensuring you include the issuing state for your driver’s license. It usually takes about a week for Security Forces to process so the sooner we have this back the better.

c. All quotes shall be submitted by 18 May 2022, 2:00 pm.


xi. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
