Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70093658 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 02, 2023. 

FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

All proposals are to be submitted to jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov  and katheryn.dennis@usss.dhs.go  no later than 21 August 2023 at 01:00pm EST.
