Description

Amendment contents: This amendment removes three items from requirement (the hog smokers, previously items 0003-0005), removes the 500F specification from the pellet smoker, and changes '32 Inch Double Vertical Cooker / Smoker / Pellet' to '32 Inch
Double Vertical Smoker'. Additionally, this amendment extends the offer due date to 18 August at 1000 Alaska time.

The Government intends to purchase sixteen (16) grills and smokers as detailed in the attached specification.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation FA500022Q0053 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Only written offers will be accepted (oral offers will not be accepted. The Government intends to establish a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW 52.204-7.

FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 26 May 2022, DFARS as of 26 May 2022, and AFAC 2022-0502 effective 2 May 2022, all are available in full text through http://www.acquisition.gov/far/.
