Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Raytheon Company

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Non-Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order modification on a noncompetitive basis with Raytheon Company of El Segundo, California to conduct repairs on a specialized radio frequency (RF) signal generator and processor which was previously developed by Raytheon to meet customer specifications.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 – Engineering Services, and the business size standard is $16.5M.
