Spatial Analyzer SW support renewal

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hexagon Namufacturing Intelligence, Inc., 250 Circuit Dr.,  North Kingstown, Rhode Island USA, for the procurement of Spatial Analyzer software support renewal.  The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide Spatial Analyzer software support renewal by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil.  All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210.
