Description

The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment (OASDS) is seeking inputs to support the Rapid Sustainment Improvement Process (RSIP).  The RSIP is seeking to identify and field solutions to improve actions writ large across the DoD.  This Group 3 call is intended to identify potential solutions that could support “Contested Logistics:  Expeditionary and Forward Sustainment/Repair” to be considered for Fiscal Year 2026 funding.  These projects are intended to be implemented across multiple Services and sites in a rapid manner to support larger readiness objectives across DoD.  Projects should be mature and generally have existing DoD approvals to enable rapid fielding.

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only.  It is not to be construed as an obligation on the part of Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD).  In order to proactively plan for future requirements, WHS/AD is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested parties who have the capability to provide Executive Seminar Simultaneous Interpretation Support Services.

This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the final acquisition strategy.  No contract will be awarded from this announcement.  No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement.  At this time, no solicitation exists.  Therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. Responses in any form are not offers.

Responses are request from all interested parties, both small businesses and other than small businesses.  All interested parties must be registered in Sam.gov.

The acquisition has an estimated dollar value range of $10,000 - $100,000,000.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is NAICS 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Small Business size standard of $34.0 Million.
