USDA seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
Fully enclosed indoor shop that can be a separate building or attached to the main office building. It needs a lockable front regular metal door and a lockable very high (e.g., 20 feet in height) roll up garage type door on both ends (to be able to drive through) with total indoor space of about 4000 to 5000 sq feet. Secure, fenced parking for GOV’s, trailers, and ATV’s. Indoor and outdoor ware yard space must have access to electricity.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
