Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicitation number is 70FB7023R00000012 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Government anticipates awarding a hyird single award contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbusrement contract line items (CLINs) to the offeror that demonstrates the best value to the Government.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance for the Continental United States (CONUS) National Fleet Equipment (CNFE) in support of FEMA's Logistics Management Directorate (LMD) Fleet Maintenance Program. Detail information for this requirement is located in the attached documents.
