Description

The Government, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed task order under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3406(c) as implemented in FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) with the additional information included in this notice.  The proposed source is Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon) 1 Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 USA.  The procurement is for service and equipment for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment Point Loma (Pt. Loma).  An Exception to Fair Opportunity for Sole Source has been prepared. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for annual maintenance and support services is for one year with a period of performance (PoP) of 05/01/2023 – 04/30/2024.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517112 – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite), with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is DG10, IT and Telecom - Network as a Service.
