Human Diagnostic and Laboratory Services, Manhattan, KS

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is soliciting quotes for human diagnostic and laboratory services in support of the occupational health program at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, KS. Services include specimen collection, transport, testing, analysis, and reporting. The contractor’s facility for specimen collection, testing, and analysis must be located within 50 miles of NBAF and must be CLIA certified. The appropriate NAICS code for this requirement is 621511 with a small business size standard of $36.5M.  This solicitation is Unrestrictive (full and open). The Government contemplates a commercial firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base and four option years.
