Description

The purpose of this project is to demolish building 152 and perform site restoration. Demolition services shall remove footings, foundations, concrete pit, and utilities. The building was constructed in 1955 and has exceeded its lifespan. Pre-demolition asbestos materials survey and lead- TCLP testing was performed in 2018. All work shall be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards, manufacturer’s recommendations, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

**Per the PWS and drawing, all the rock shall be removed except for the utility island.

 **The government will remove the jersey barriers and the loose railroad ties prior to the project start date.

**This project is not fully funded at this time but a Short of Award has been issued.  It is EXPECTED to be funded but not guaranteed.
