Combined Synopsis - Solicitation - Washer & Dryer Maintenance and Repair Services at West Point, NY

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the Washer and Dryer Maintenance and Repair Service, at West Point, NY.

This is a base + 4 option years.  The period of performance is listed below:

Base Year                       23 September 2024 through 22 September 2025

1st Option Year               23 September 2025 through 22 September 2026

2nd Option Year              23 September 2026 through 22 September 2027

3rd Option Year               23 September 2027 through 22 September 2028

4th Option Year                23 September 2028 through 22 September 2029

This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811412 – Appliance and Repair Maintenance, size standard is $19 Million and PSC is J072.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered in SAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system.

Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 30, 2024, AT 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME.

All interested offers must complete, sign, date and return the attached Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0148 with the Past Performance Questionnaires to Ms. Tara D’Amico by e-mail, at Tara.M.Damico.civ@army.mil no later than Friday, August 30, 2024 by 12:00 pm. Eastern Time in order to be considered for award.

All interested offerors must complete the Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0148 and fill in the clauses incorporated by full text, starting on page 46, with an “x” where applicable and return no later than Friday, August 30, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time to the e-mail address listed above.

All interested offerors must review all the attached documents for the Washer and Dryer Maintenance and Repair Service and check www.SAM.Gov for any changes to the  Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0148.
