Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Vehicles for DNIA and Border Police, on behalf of the U.S. Embassy Quito, Ecuador.

The complete offer package shall be e-mailed to Ms. Ielyzaveta Ishchenko ishchenkoIM@state.gov named on the subject “Solicitation 19GE5024Q0033”, not later than 15:00 hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST) on September 6, 2024.

All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted.

NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal.

Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail.

Please note:

  1. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.
  2. Please do NOT contact the Embassy directly regarding this project.
  3. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in the solicitation.
  4. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)).
  5. Solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit.

The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in solicitation and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
