*** This Combined Synopsis 36C24223Q0917 is being extended to 4PM EST on 09/14/2023. Please forward all questions and/or quotes previously submitted for this solicitation to Myra F. Green (Contracting Officer) at Myra.Green2@va.gov ***

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C24223Q0917. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price acquisition resulting from this solicitation.

Quote evaluations will be based on Best Value Criteria, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, and utilizing the evaluation factors of 1.) Price and 2.) Delivery Schedule.

Quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and submitted for total requirement; variations/partials will be deemed non-compliant and removed from the competitive range without discussion.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 (eff. 06/02/2023) and VAAR Update 2008-36 (eff. 03/22/2023).
