Guilford Courthouse National Military Park: Construct Replacement Park Entrance-Identification Sign

Purpose of amendment 00001 is to provide responses to vendor questions.

The National Park Service: Guilford Courthouse National Military Park is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement consists of; The services to be provided within this statement of Work (SOW) consist of Constructing a Replacement Park Entrance-Identification Sign at Guilford Courthouse National Military Park.

Applicable Conditions ¿ Contractor is required to furnish all personnel and material to meet the requirements specified in the contract work statement.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value (LPTA) to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.

100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 339950 Sign manufacturing, Size Standards in Number of Employees 500.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
