Description

OBJECTIVE

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of providing proper maintenance, repair, modification and ground testing of one (1) Twin Otter research aircraft located at Hangar 109, Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River (PAX), MD, ensuring safe, airworthy, mission capable aircraft and well-maintained support equipment ready to meet mission requirements of NRL’s Scientific Development Squadron One (NRL/VXS-1) as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT

The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information:

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

A majority of the work is conducted at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, NRL/VXS-1 facilities with occasional travel to CONUS, OCONUS and international locations. The contractor shall be located in close proximity of the NAS PAX facility.
