Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ). SF1449 

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. 

(iv)  This procurement is Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 562991 PSC S222. 

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to establish a BPA to place calls for various CTX vault toilets at the Bonneville Dam and Locks, in the WA, OR area of the dam.  The actual vaults are Government owned, and no leasing or rental is required. Te contractor will provide all else to service the vaults.  Each call will not exceed $2500. 

Operation of toilet pumping equipment shall be in a safe and sanitary manner to ensure the safety of the public in campgrounds, trailheads, staging areas, rental sites or while traveling from site to site. Work shall be done in a manner that does not damage roads or entrances to campgrounds, staging areas, toilet buildings or residual trees or vegetation adjacent to or near the toilet locations. All applicants must be trained as per the PWS.  The contractor and all personnel shall meet all state and local requirements to handle, service, and dispose of wastewater per State regulation

Note:  The government may award some, none, or all of the line items to the overall best value.  Vendors are encoruaged to bid on ALL line items, and for all three agreement years.
