Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires Belt Screen Mesh for Sunnyside Site, WA.
This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 326199 - All Other Plastic Product Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The product service code is 9390 - Miscellaneous Fabricated Nonmetallic Material.
The belt screen must be able to function with the existing sprocket/drive systems as they are not in need of replacement. The existing sprockets are Intralox/Hydralox Series 1800.
Specs for the belt screen mesh, two (2) total:
- Intralox Part # 613771
- Belt: Series 1800 Mesh Top V2 Uv (With Orange Slidelox)
- Resistant Acetal Black
- Width: 122.2 inches (+/- 0.6 inch) (122.0 links)
- Length: 56.0 feet (269 rows)
- Rods: Acetal Black
Notes:
- Belt panels will be connected with black abrasion resistant Acetal black.
- Note: Shipping charges shall be included in overall price. Shipping shall not be priced separately.
Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0002, (written) is approximately the first week in October 2024. The anticipated closing date is the third week in October 2024. The anticipated award date is the first full week in November 2024, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of the solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.
This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
