F019--Nuisance Wildlife Removal and Pond Management Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Stevens, Timothy for Nuisance Wildlife Removal and Pond Management Services at Salem VA Medical Center, located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Stevens, Timothy is the only vendor with authorization to provide service for the above-mentioned services, and there are no authorized service companies outside of Stevens, Timothy. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a One-Base Year & Four Option Years. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 114210 with a business size standard of $6.0 millions of dollars. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM (EST) March 23, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to Rodney Wilson, Rodney.wilson2@va.gov. Responses received will be reviewed however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
