The Veteran s Administration (VA) Office of Research and Development, Regional Procurement Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TracInnovations, Inc., based in Kennebunk, Maine on behalf of the VA San Francisco Healthcare System. The requirement is to provide a Markerless Motion Tracking System to use with a Siemens 3T, which is currently in use at the VA facility. The specific system includes: TCL3.2 Hardware System Control unit, PC without monitor, keyboard and mouse. Two batteries and one battery charger TracSuite, software license fee TracCorrect, software license fee Custom mounting arm for Siemens 20ch head coil Installation on the 3T Siemens Skyra system 1 year warranty The requirement will take place at a VA facility San Francisco, CA. The sole source is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement and supporting documentation to the contracting office no later than Friday March 2, 2022 (10:00 AM, EST).
