The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VA Medical Center, located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144 will be soliciting offers for Underground Storage Tank test and inspection. Contractor must provide services and materials for testing, inspection and emergency repairs on a monthly basis to underground storage tanks located at the Salisbury VAMC. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24625Q0024 will be issued on or about 5 September, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2024 thru September 30, 2025. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
