Aviation Facilities Planning and Design Criteria Training

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the commercial purchase for Airfield Planning and Design Criteria from Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly, Inc., a large business under the applicable NAICS. The contract term will be for one year.  Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.  This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Kimberly Hall at kimberly.a.hall124.civ@us.navy.mil.
