The objective of this solicitation is to provide services necessary to execute projects under the Environmental Quality (EQ) Program. Requirements include environmental conservation, environmental compliance, pollution prevention, and environmental operations and maintenance activities at sites located primarily throughout Alaska. Requirements will be carried out as specified in individual task orders at sites within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes but is not limited to Hawaii, Japan, Korea, Guam, Wake Island, and the Northern Marianas Islands. Work performed outside the borders of the United States and its territories will comply with the status of forces agreement between the host nation and the government of the United States of America.
