Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Government owned GETINGE Sterilizing and Washer/Decontamination Units at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Government owned GETINGE Sterilizing and Washer/Decontamination Units at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.  The anticipated period of performance is from 15 September 2022 through 14 September 2023 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods, and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.    

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Getinge USA, Inc. (Getinge), as Getinge is the sole factory authorized provider of service and support for the US market on equipment manufactured by Getinge.  No other companies have the software rights or are authorized by Getinge to work on their equipment.  This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offerors; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.  The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $22 Million.
