Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY has (118) Patient Scales that require full service (Base + 4 Option Years) preventive maintenance that allows clinicians to take weight of patients for health assessments. We require annual preventive maintenance services and regular service support as per manufacturer specs. Location: James J. Peters, VA Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The period of performance is anticipated to be November 15, 2022 through October 31, 2023 with four (4) subsequent option years. The Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment necessary to accomplish all the terms and conditions of the resulting contract from Statement of Work requirements to be detailed in the RFQ to follow. The NAICS code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Size Standard: $30.0 Million The RFQ is open market - unrestricted and will be posted on or around November 4, 2022.This date is subject to change. No response is requested or required at this time.
