Description

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for MyDMS software, development, maintenance, and enhancements support services.

The purpose of the Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) is to provide documentation that explains why this specific requirement is to be awarded without competition to Open Text  Public Sector Solutions, Inc. (OPENTEXT) as an “Only one source” task order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), for the development, maintenance and enhancements to its proprietary MyDMS software.

The task order, 9531BM24F0058, was awarded under OPENTEXT’s General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract number 47QTCA20D00FU under Category 54151S, Information Technology Professional Services.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(ii)(2), within 14 days, a notice of this contract action and LSJ will be posted on the System for Award Management website (www.sam.gov) and the NTSB website for 30 days.
