Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, Portugal, has a requirement for renovation services for the Manor House in accordance with the solicitation package attached.
Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply.
The Government intends to award a contract / purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract / purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need do so.
It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called "SAM - System for Award Management" www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. An NCAGE code is required to register in SAM. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering in SAM. There is no cost involved, neither to obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on June 3,2024 at 9:00 am at the U.S. Embassy, Avenida dos Combatentes (Back Gate Entrance), Lisbon. Please ensure you provide the names of the individuals who will attend the site visit on or before May 29, 2024, to the following email address: lisbonprocure@state.gov.
Please submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation documents in writing to lisbonprocure@state.gov by June 7, 2024, 4:00pm. Responses will be published.
Interested parties should download the RFQ package attached and provide their quotation to lisbonprocure@state.gov referencing ID # 19P05024Q0025 by June 19, 2024, 5:00pm local time.
