FY22 CARI REMASTER PARK FILMS

The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Cane River Creole National Historical Park.
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking quotes to remaster four existing park films to include audio description and on-screen open captions to enrich visitor experiences. This project will correct a high priority media and visitor services deficiency and ensure that the park¿s audio visual films meet current 508 accessibility standards. The project will also purchase two Assistive Listening Systems for visitor use. See the statement of work for more details.
PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $30,000 - $45,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Derry, LA will apply.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition 512191. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-March 2022.
Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
