Med Det Meals Fort Belknap, Montana

The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for catered meals.  The site for this requirement is the MTARNG Armory in Malta, Montana. The performance dates for this requirement are 7August 2023 through 20 August 2023.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.   The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective Date: 06/02/2023. 

Solicitation W9124V23Q0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 

The MTARNG has a requirement for catered meals to be delivered and set up for distribution at the Guard Armory in Malta, Montana.  Meals will consist of breakfast and sack lunches.  Approximately 76 of each type of meal will be required, daily.  Details concerning the requirements for each meal can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).  The vendor chosen for the award will coordinate the exact meal counts with the point of contact (POC) for this evolution.  Meals served are not to exceed those listed in the SOW.

The period of performance for this requirement will be 7 August 2023 through 20 August 2023.  Meals will be delivered to the Malta, Montana Army.  

Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.

Evaluation factors as applicable under 52.212-2 will apply to this solicitation.  Evaluation factors and are included in section 1 of the attached.  

Offerors should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer (if not updated in SAM.gov).
