Description
Emergency Response Systems (ERS), Program Manager Network & Infrastructure (PM N&I), Supporting Establishment Systems (SES), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), the predecessor to the current organization, Public Safety Systems, Program Executive Office Digital & Enterprise Services (PEO DES) is seeking information regarding potential sources and methods to best provide continued sustainment of the Marine Corps Consolidated Emergency Response System (CERS).
The attached draft CERS Sustainment performance work statement (PWS) (Attachment A) establishes and defines the requirements for a potential vendor to provide continued system maintenance, upgrades from approved Engineering Change Proposals, and system-level logistical support for the previously installed systems and Systems Integration Lab (SIL). Successful maintenance of CERS is dependent upon its effective integration and interface capabilities with Enhanced 911 (E911) (Vesta), as well as Dispatch, Alerting, and Records Management (DAR), Fire Station Alerting (FSA),Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (E-LMR), and Marine Corps Installations’ respective telecommunications network infrastructure. The draft PWS is subject to change and does not impose on the Government any contractual obligation.
