Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not
be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP), number HM157523R0003, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect
through FAR 2005-101, effective 26 October 2018.

This RFP is solicited as a Sole Source to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) within North American
Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513120 and small business standard of 1,000 Employees.
