The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for 18 computers for West Point, NY.

This requirement is listed under NAICS code 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing, and PSC of 7G21.

In addition:

a) In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder in accordance with the Solicitation Business Size identified in the CHESS Solicitation, and under the appropriate NAICS code.

b) AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1) The Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial information technology (IT) hardware and software purchases.

Please verify that both the DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.

The solicitation will be issued on or about December 14th, 2022 in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: Army CHESS IT Site.

It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the CHESS IT site as necessary for any posted changes.
