Description
Reference is made to solicitation W912QR-30479897 for the Davis-Monthan AFB 610
CACS Facility project, Reserved for Design Build and Design Bid Build, Firm Fixed
Priced Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOCs) to support the military construction (MILCON) and operations and
maintenance (O&M) funded construction requirements for the U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Air Force
Reserves, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army programs in the Western Region.
We request you submit a price proposal for construction of New Construction of 8050 SF Building
consisting of floor slab, structural steel frame with split faced concrete masonry unit facade and a
standing seam metal roof. The project includes all utilities, site improvements, pavements,
detection /protection (PL-3) features, security/cybersecurity enhancements and other supporting
work necessary to make a complete and useable facility. The facility must be able to withstand
seismic effects as prescribed in applicable codes and design guides. Sustainable principles, to
include life cycle cost effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and
construction of the project in accordance with Unified Facility Criteria 1-200-02. This includes
preparation of a life-cycle cost analysis for energy consuming systems, renewable energy
generating systems, whenever life-cycle cost effective is selected as the reason any
requirement of Unified Facility Criteria 1-200-02 is partially compliant or not applicable. This
project will comply with Department of Defense antiterrorism/force protection requirements per
Unified Facility Criteria 4-010-01 as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications
posted at www.SAM.gov. The documents are available for download at www.SAM.gov only. All
vendors must be registered in the SAM database at SAM.gov. The RFP can be found by logging into
the website as a vendor and searching for the solicitation number W912QR-30479897. The cost range
is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS FOR CONSTRUCTION
