Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Sex Offender and Medication Assisted Treatment services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC) and on home confinement in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. These services requested will need to be performed at a location in Salt Lake City, Utah, within a ten-mile radius of the United States Post Office, 230 W. 200 S., Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 and also accessible to community-based transportation. This requirement will ensure the contractor is located within walking distance of public transportation, inmates are not subject to walking long distances in inclement weather, and inmate accountability is maintained.
Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on May 01, 2023 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on April 30, 2028. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of Utah and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.

This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract with a Guaranteed minimum and an Estimated maximum.
