Description

Amendment 0001:  The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1.  Edited document titled W50S6W-22-Q-6007_Temp Office Space, changed the due date for quotes to be received no later than 31 July 2022 at 4PM EST.

The Contractor shall provide all coordination, design, plant, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, and materials to furnish and install a turnkey modular building, to support the re-design project of Building 3002 during construction. For full details and requirement information please see attached Solicitation, Statement of Work, etc.  Please reach out to POC listed for questions/concers/offer submisstions.

Amendment 0002:  The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. Upload the Questions and Answers from the associated site visit.

2. Change the Primary Point of Contact to Captain Michael McDowell Jr.

All other items remain unchanged.

Amendment 0003:  The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. Incoproate verbiage from the Questions and Answers document into a revised Statement of Work.

All other items remain unchanged.

Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. Change the solicitation due date from 31 July 2022 to 5 August 2022.

All other items remain unchanged.

Amendment 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. Upload the revised Statement of Work (1 Aug revision). Removal of all previous versions.

2. Upload the revised Combo (1 Aug 2022). Removal of all previous versions.

3. Upload the revised Price List (1 August 2022). Removal of all previous versions.

4. Upload answers to questions regarding the solicitation (3002 Additional Questions)

5. Notify interested parties that the Government will no longer be accepting any adidtonal questions in reference to this solictation.  Please provide offers based on the information provided.
