This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.75H709LS24Q009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at the Little Shell Service Unit (LSSU) in Great Falls, Montana. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
