Description

The Contracting Office, U.S. Consulate General Surabaya is inviting your company to send a quotation for 2 units of Duty-free cabin multi-purpose vehicle with 7 seats as attached detail. Terms of payment is net 30 days after good/service received with proper invoice.

The price shall include the delivery cost to our office in Surabaya, Indonesia 60217.

We are expecting your final quote not later than August 22, 2024 at 16.00 (local time).

This solicitation is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. WE preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
