Description

The project is located on the Grindstone Indian Rancheria, Co. Rd. 305 Elk Creek, Glenn
County, CA (Lat 39.671389, Lon -122.516604).  Attached is a Scope of Work for review.

NOTE:  Under the Buy Indian Act those Native America Firms have preference on this project.  It is advertised as Total Small Business Set Aside to expidite in the event no Indian Owned Business responses the Contracting Officer does not wish to re-advertise for a Sources Sought.
