This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 3/27/2023. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in Section E for the Veterans Health Indiana (VHI), Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center and assigned additional sites (Herein referred to as VAMCs) for Bed Bug Remediation & Canine Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 561710 Exterminating and Pest control Services with a size standard of $15.5 Million. The applicable PSC code is S207 Housekeeping Insect/Rodent Control. The award will be based on the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 30 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance via www.Sam.gov through Contracting Opportunities.  All responses shall be submitted to the contracting point of contact as listed in the solicitation. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this website. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed contracting point of contact no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time on the 10th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. All quoters must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM and SBA VetCert to include NAICS code 561710.
