Description

The Defense Finance and Account Services Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for a Fire Panel Upgrade.

A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.

A Contractor Capability Survey is attached.

The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise for providing fire panel upgrade services; including

  1. Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services for a comprehensive EST3 fire panel hardware upgrade of 3 FACP, 37 LOC annunciators, including replacement of 70 Smoke Detectors and 8 Heat Detectors to include mounting rings.
  2. Certified partnership with the fire panel manufacture.
  3. A foundational understanding and established background of fire alarm systems, including concepts like notification appliances, detection devices, and system layouts.
  4. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows operating systems and the basic computer knowledge required to navigate the fire panel user interface.
  5. A NICET Level II certification is preferred.
