Description

Please join the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 for a virtual industry event focusing on how air traffic surveillance services and infrastructure will continue to evolve into the future.

The FAA embraces innovation to deliver vital surveillance services for safe and efficient use in the National Airspace System (NAS). The deployment of Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) and Fusion automation revolutionized surveillance services delivered to air traffic controllers, pilots, and travelers. Maintaining this path of modernization, the FAA is hosting this virtual industry event with the aviation surveillance industry.

The FAA’s Surveillance Services leadership team will present its strategy and 2022 NAS Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure Roadmaps. They will look at the evolution of cooperative and non-cooperative surveillance in the NAS for surface, terminal and enroute airspaces, and highlight upcoming acquisition activities.

The FAA maintains a commitment to deliver secure, integrated, state-of-the-art surveillance services – which can only be created in collaboration with the aviation community. Come help define the future for the most advanced air traffic surveillance capabilities in the world.
