Description

Purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend quote due date to allow Government response to Contractor questions.  Quote due date is January 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT.

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Kansas has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for title and closing services for Agricultural Conservation Easement Programs.

BPA will have a five (5) year ordering period.

This is a total (100%) small business set-aside under NAICS 541191 – Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, which has a size standard of $19.5 million. For more information on size standards, visit http://www.sba.gov/size.

Contractors questions are due by 10:00 AM CT on December 18, 2024.  No questions will be answered verbally.  Answers to questions will be posted via solicitation amendment.

Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation.

Contractor SAM Representations and Certifications must be complete and accurate at time of quote submission.
